Enrolled at Uppsala University May 1627–he was probably the first resident of Hjoggböle to study at the university. Farmer between 1631 and 1656 in Hjoggböle 1, Skellefteå lfs (AC). Probably son of Ambrosius Andersson. Not mentioned by Johan Bure, but Urban Sikeborg writes: ”Olof is stated by Nils Jakobsson Burman (1705–1750) to have been another son of Ambrosius Andersson. Considering his peculiar patronymic and the name Burman, Carlsson believes that it should be beyond all doubt that he belonged to the group of siblings. The fact that he is not included in the family book may be due to the fact that he was not yet born when Johan Bure stayed in Skellefteå.
